Rand Road, Mount Prospect, and proceed to St. Alphonsus Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the Funeral Home. Born Jan. 10, 1978, in Park Ridge, she passed away Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, in Aurora, Colo. She attended Loyola University. She was the loving mother of Ryley; dear daughter of Gary (Sophie) Zamecnik and Sue (Virgil) Haag; fond sister of Christin and Diane; and dear niece and cousin to many. Please omit flowers.
