Esther E. Hansen, age 97, of Chicago passed away April 30, 2016 at the Danish Home of Chicago. Loving wife of the late Carl Hansen. Esther was an accomplished pianist and violinist for many years with the Northwest Symphony Orchestra at Wright College and the Palmer Ensemble. A memorial service for Esther will be planned at a later date. Memorials to the Danish Home of Chicago appreciated.
