Zaletanski, age 83; Beloved wife of Steve; fond aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews; sister of the late Fred Pekara and sister in law of Fred (the late Katherine) Zaletanski and the late Lorraine (the late Hugo) Innocenti. Mrs. Zaletanski was a long time volunteer at Holy Family Hospital in Des Plaines. Funeral Wednesday, March 19, 11 :00 a.m. from Matz Funeral Home to St. Emily Catholic Church for 11:30 a.m. Mass.
